How we publish

Tested in the open.

A single reading shows who is ready. It can’t show who is becoming ready, or whether the readings carry information. Both need to be tested publicly.

A fixed baseline

13,571 firms read one step away on 12 October 2026. Later readings report against that baseline.

Expectations written first

What we expect to see is written down before the results come in, and outcomes come from sources independent of the readings.

Null results published

If the readings don’t carry information, we say so. The decision always stays with the institution.
